A: Products come from a range of different sources.  Most products average from 7-10 business days to receive.  Guidons and flags take approximately 2 weeks.

Q: ARE PRODUCTS GUARANTEED OR COVERED UNDER A WARRANTY?
A: Yes. We only sell the best quality brand name products available. All products have a limited manufacturer's warranty that protect against production defects. If you have a problem with your order, just email us within five days to make us aware of the problem and include photos to help us determine the source of the problem.  We will issue a re-shipment immediately and we will also cover the cost of postage in the event the item needs to be returned.
